Embedded videos keep buffering

On top of the other issues, I am now seeing that our recorded broadcasts often stop and endlessly buffer, and then you have to refresh the page to get it going again.

What is going on??

Our viewership is going down, and there seems to be very little help here on the PREMIUM section..

If you servers can't handle the video playback, or certain browsers, then at least let us have the ability to download our own content, so we can edit and upload to other services..

By the way I have a 100 down and 50 up speed here on the cable internet..

Are there any specific clips that are problematic, or does this happen across all your content? If it is specific, please provide the URLs for some of the affected clips.

I should also note, you will most likely get faster responses to your support issues by creating a New support ticket.

It was happening to all the videos which I have published in our new.livestream account.

I have checked them all today and they seem to be working fine now. Is this a server side issue?

The stuttering issue was due to a setting in latest version of Flash player, specifically hardware acceleration being enabled. We've deployed a release which eliminates this moving forward.
