I search the forum and came across similar issue and check out all the information in the thread and found it that it was not my anti-virus software that is blocking Livestream.

I have test my network more then it allow for network: Ping: 36ms, Download: 19.48Mbps, Upload: 20.14Mbps I have the most up to date version of Flash. The issues happens in ALL browsers, Firefox, Chrome, IE, Safari, Opera It applies to ALL Livestream channels. I don't have AdBlock I run Windows 7 64-Bit It did work fine a week or so ago. No new software install. This is what happens, Viewing someone's stream, all it does is show a loading circle and refreshes the image every 30 seconds or so, if I'm lucky, there is no audio. I open a ticket to see if the Livestream support can help. But still waiting to hear back from others if this is a problem to.

So far this what I got.
Currently there are no issues on the Livestream side that would be causing the issue you are experiencing. In the past user's reporting a similar issues at least temporarily fixed by disabling a process running called Visicom_antiphishing.exe. I would recommend checking in task manager if this or any other unrecognized processes are running that may be at fault and fully remove any virus or malware. Didn't have this in my listing and uninstall anti-virus. Still problem. Wrote back waiting on more information. |

Have there been any changes on your network that could cause any issues? A new firewall or anything similar? Additionally, are your speed test results taken to a server in New York, NY? Please make sure they are, as this is the most reliable way to check your speed to our servers.

It sounds like there is something blocking you from being able to load the content. Usually the reason for this is there is something blocking some player component which is why Ad-Block plus will cause an issue.
If you have that disabled and have verified that you don't have any other security settings or network configuration settings that could be blocking you from playing video what would probably be required to get to the root of the issue is to schedule a time to remote into your machine to directly see what is happening. I'm having the same issue. I'm using Firefox 15.0.1 on a Ubuntu machine. This problem started September 25th in the evening (EST). Turning off my ad blocker does not change the issue. There is also nothing wrong with my internet connection:
