Livestreams annoying inconsistencies

We are a Christian ministry and we stream our services on Sunday Mornings, nights and Wednesday nights. I've noticed on wednesday nights at around 7:30pm (central) we begin our stream and many times I will continually get the error attached. We use Wirecast to publish our stream and we do no have this issue with ustream.

I have actually gotten the error when trying to publish on livestream while actually broadcasting with ustream, so It's not an internet issue. If i keep clicking the broadcast button for 15 minutes or so, it will finally begin the stream. Any ideas why this would happen?

I've run wireshark and analyzed the packets and everything is fine on our end while the stream fails to publish.
