Connection Problem

Hi,
I'm having this problem recently, I'm streaming with procaster and.. well:
It looks like I'm having this "connection to the internet problem", the program tells me that I'm losing the connection to the internet again and again, since I lose the connection to the internet I have loads of 6 sec videos with nothing, not even a sound and lets not talk about.. actual picture, of anything. I can't stream normally and today when I streamed for at least an hour- the longest stream I've got is two minutes long.
My internet is fine, my computer doesn't have any notice for connection problem, but the procaster loses it's connection every 6 to 7 seconds each time.

Does anyone know who should I ask for help? Maybe the problem is not with the program but with some technical error I can fix in a moment?
