IPhone Web Browser Wont Play!

Anyone else have this problem? Tried contacting support but this has turned into a back and forth with them in email for over a week that is taking too long to get fixed with no real progress, any ideas?:

Whenever an IPhone user attempts to open our video’s they receive “This video is currently unavailable on Mobile”. The video does work on IPad however and any android handset/tablet. This was previous working and sometime in the last month or so it stopped working. I have the broadcaster set to use Mobile Quality for all our streams. IPhone users are on iOS 5.1.1, just need to get this fixed. No mobile streaming is a deal killer for us since members normally only listen when travelling.
