Problems with uploading videos to my event

I am trying to upload videos to my event. I am uploading them in MP4 format since the website supports both MP4 and MOV files.

However, after I finish processing the video, I get this message on my event page: Incompatible Video Format (MP4V)"

What am I doing wrong?

On the old Livestream, I was able to do this with no problems.

On the old Livestream, I was able to do this with no problems.

The transcoder on the New Livestream platform is a bit more sensitive than the Original Livestream. I would recommend re-encoding your clip to standard MPEG-4 (H.264) using software such as MPEG Streamclip (Free) and trying again.
