Issues with viewing a stream

So I constantly watch my boyfriend stream video games. On GW2 i've been watching him play and create characters. Lately when he boots it up the screen is just black on the channel and he says its fully connected and streaming. So I guess what I wanna know is how do we fix it to where it runs normally again without just sitting on the black screen

We haven't had a chance to test GW2 with Procaster yet. Has he tried in both screen capture and game mode?

Yes he's tried both. And it worked 4 or 5 times for hours, and then it juts started to goto a black screen
