Same with me. I am trying to upload things from youtube (using &fmt=18 code) and all I get is a error message saying "failed to ingest metadata". look at the picture that I atach on the post.

Hi I can't see my channel it's 1st september and recently there have been loads of problems with not been able to see my channel and it stays on the fuzzy grey screen - please help - hope you can fix it soon!!
