Create on-demand video clip from live stream at regular intervals

Is there a way to create on-demand clips without stopping the encoder?

We have our 24/7 live stream and every hour we would like to generate a file to add to our on-demand pool of clips. Is this possible and are there any scripts required to do this?

Apologies if this is a common question - I did try to search but could not find any relevant posts

Unfotunately, the only way to do that would be to stop the broadcaster. However, you can create highlights of an in progress live broadcast on New Livestream.
