Livestream videos playing slowly

I have a problem, whenever I watch a video/stream on livestream, the video part moves almost at a slo-mo pace, the audio plays at normal speed, so they are both horribly out of sync. I need help, as this is also happening whenever I watch a video from blip.tv.
