Twitcam doesn't let me broadcast or chat..

My Twitcam wont allow me to broadcast, or start chatting. I can see the twitcam fine but I just cannot chat.
Ive changed my name and I'm not sure if this is the case, Ive tried revoking access to the app and then trying it again but still the same thing.
The account that I'm having problems with is @vashappenin1Dx
