Default live stream freezes every 5 or 6 seconds
hi there,
my live video stream is freezing every 5 to 6 seconds, but continues from where the freeze happened, so over time, my live stream is quite far behind where it should be. is this an internet issue on my side? using adobe live encoder to push to livestream. thanks.

What bit rate are you streaming at? Also please provide your upload bandwidth by running a test to New York, NY at newyork.speedtest.net.
