Procaster Unable to go Live?

Ever since I updated procaster last (about a few days ago) every time I try to broadcast, it does not work. A message telling my my camera is busy comes up, yet it is not in use. I have tried closing all other applications before use but to no avail. I have no idea why this message pops up when my camera is not in use, and I can not stream because of it. Can some one tell me how to fix this
