Mobile Capabilty

I realize im coming off as a cheap you know what in asking this, but is there any way to make content capable to be seen on mobile devices without upgrading from a free plan?

You should be able to set up in the Procaster in the settings for video make sure you have it checked marked for mobile stream, then makes sure you have it set for 198 for mobile streaming, you can broacast using a Free account, but you gotta use the Procaster
