SONY HD SR7 - What do I need to stream using it?

I am completely knew to streaming with my Sony HD SR7.

How can I and/or what do I need to stream live with my Sony HD SR7.

I am on a MACbook Pro with latest software.

From a software standpoint, I would recommend Procaster.

For hardware, you can use the Black Magic Intensity Extreme to take the HDMI output of the camera and connect to the computer via Thunderbolt.

If you do not have Thunderbolt, you can use the Black Magic H.264 Pro Recorder to take the HDMI output of the SR7 and connect to the laptop via USB 2.0. We recommend at least an i5 CPU for use of this device.

It is also possible to connect the camera's composite output to a Grass Valley ADVC-110 which will connect to your computer via Firewire, however this solution will only accept SD output from the camera.
