Moderation - Unable to add new moderator

Dear livestream team, a channel I'm working with is facing a rather annoying moderation problem. We are curently unable to add any new moderators. When trying to give them the privileges, everything appears to be fine but the new mods don't get saved. Immediately after giving them the rights, they get removed again. All of the new moderators are logged in on their Livestream accounts and I was able to add them to the mod list on another channel.

Is there a limited number of moderators a channel can have? If so, what is this limit?

I'm unable to reproduce this issue. I've added a moderator to the channel and the changes have permanently saved. Could you supply me with one or two of the usernames that you are not able to add?

the users we were trying to add are:

tomtortoise
Bownty
BlazingDawn

We've added them via the studio now which seems to have worked for now, but isn't exactly the way we would've wanted it, since they're not supposed to have studio access.

This issue happens for all of our current crew, none of us are able to add any new mods.

Please try restarting the channel by following these steps:

-Go to your Account Center
-Click the 'More' button at the far right of your channel
-From the options that roll out below your channel, click 'Restart'

If you are live, it may require your users to refresh the page to continue viewing your broadcast. Let me know if this helps the issue at all.
