Screencam Suggestions?

I joined Livestream a long while back, and still can't get it working. I can't seem to find any Screerecorders that work well! The Procaster doesn't work. My computer is too slow to run it, it always freezes and crashes. I can't seem to find any free screen recording programs that are compatible with Livestream other than Manycam. The watermark is annoying, and the quality makes it almost impossible to see what I'm doing.

So does anyone have any screen recording software suggestions? I'd really like to be able to use Livestream...

(Also, sorry if this is in the wrong section... I've never used this forum before. I'm a bit lost with it...)
