Default uploaded video not in hd
i uploaded an hd video, but when it plays it doesn't seem to be in hd and i don't see the options to hit a better resolution when watching. can a uploaded video i'm going to use within my live stream be hd?

ichristiantalk,

Free channels are limited to uploads of 500kbps. If you upload an HD clip, it will be transcoded to meet the free channel settings of 500kbps and 480x360 resolution. Currently, only premium channels can upload HD clips.

Hey Ernie,

Thank you so much for your replies and support. Awesome. We are definitely hoping to upgrade from our free channel to premium in the upcoming months once we get a fan base. But your assistance is making our decision that make easier. Usually when you have the free account you won't hear from a company for a day or so, but you responded right away. Thank you for putting us at ease.
