Webcast 24/7 desktop and system audio from low bandwidth internet

I want to Webcast 24*7 my desktop and system audio. I am based in India and have upload bandwidth of around 100 kbps or less. I want to broadcast my desktop and system audio to the internet. I would be playing a video on my desktop which I want to broadcast to the internet. Can someone tell me which software should I use to achieve the same?

Unfortunately you would not be able to utilize Livestream on such a connection. Our recommended minimum system and bandwidth specifications can be found here:
