Corrupted file

Hi all,

We've recently successfully streamed a show via Livestream but both the saved file on my HD and the one up on the online Library seem to be corrupted.
Even though it says the file is 3h21 long and you're able to play it's entirety online, the downloaded one is only 720mb (and so is our saved one) and contains about 30% of the show.

Any ideas?
