problems with chat window

I'm using procaster to stream my drawing process, but for some reason my watchers can see the black chat window of the program (amd all the other windows of the program).
All my friends who use procaster have never faced this problem before (their chat window is visible only to them), and even in the users guide it's written the chat should appear invisible to viewers.

Please help!

Going live with the Aero scheme enabled will cause the Procaster interface to be visible to your viewers. You could either minimize the Procaster HUD and chat window, or allow Procaster to change your desktop to the Basic scheme before streaming.
