Low bandwidth?

So I have been trying to get my broadcasting to work but after a few minutes it will stop and tell me to set in low bandwidth. Now I was using wireless and then I moved back so I connected to the modem. I only use my art program and the procaster, so there isn't anything else going on. The weird part is when I go live the very first time, it works perfectly for quite sometime then suddenly stops and I have to fight with it.
