Hi,
I'm very new to this livestream thing, and I've got a question that concerns payments. I understand that premium accounts have to pay fees every month and so forth... I'm assuming that free accounts means free account, and that no fee is ever going to be attached to that? I notice under the billing tab, it shows stuff like monthly fees. Is there at any point, where you would be charged for using your free account, whether that be from channel views/stored content (or anything else)? I know this question sounds silly, but I would feel better being certain. Thanks. |

Epsigma,
Free accounts will remain free with no charges. However, as free accounts are limited to 10GB of storage, if you go past this limit you will see a charge on your account equaling $1.50 per additional GB. If you have a credit card on file, you will be charged the overage. If there is no credit card on file, your content will be deleted until you are under the 10GB limit. You can read more about storage limits at the following URL: http://www.livestream.com/userguide/...Storage_Limits
