livestream for producers app

Hello-

I have a premium account and I downloaded the new producers app on my ipad2 and it says I need a new login to use - when I bring up the url its says to go to on my desktop it says I need to pay $45 for get ad free streaming - is that not what I have? Do I need to pay a fee to use this app?

The new Producer app is for streaming to the New Livestream platform. For streaming from mobile to original Livestream, you could try an app named Qik, however some users have reported their integration to Livestream does not function properly.

So it is an additional service to stream from my ipad2? Can I purchase for certain months or is it a one year plan?

BTW I have tried qik and it does not work

New and Original Livestream are two separate platforms. You can see the differences here: http://new.livestream.com/broadcast-live/get-started

The Livestream for Producers app allows you to produce from your iOS device to your event on New Livestream. At this time, aside from Qik, there is no way to produce to channels on Original Livestream from a mobile device.
