Chat Bug

I've only recently just experienced a bug that does not allow anyone, not even me, the owner, to talk in chat. Whenever you type in chat, it appears with the following: "You cannot chat since you have been banned by the Moderator." I know this is not true, and I can't seem to rectify it at all. It is happening to all the viewers of my stream too. I've asked them to log out and back in, even trying to talk as a stranger does not work. I have no settings on the chat that necessitate a login, and am very confused.

Wat do? I haven't been on livestream for a while and I decide to start a stream today. I wanted to chat with my viewers, but for whatever reason my IP has been banned from my own chat.

What did I do to do this, how can I avoid doing it again, and most importantly how do I fix this?

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Please try restarting your channel to resolve this issue. You can restart your channel by following these steps:

-Go to your Account Center
-Click the 'More' button at the far right of your channel
-From the options that roll out below your channel, click 'Restart'

Please note, if you are broadcasting using Studio or Webcaster, this will stop your recording and require you to restart the broadcast.

I just did this, the problem still persists.
