I want to Integrate Live stream with my website

Hello,
I have a new website, I need to give my users the ability to broadcast their webcams through livestream service.

My needs are:

1- To make my users create accounts on livestream from my website, and to pay for the service without knowing that they are using livestream.

2- Custom Player.

3- Custom webcaster

4- To mange users account from my website.

Is that possible?

You can create a custom player using our Player API, which is available to the general public. However each of your other desired functions are only available through the Live Publishing and Account APIs, which are available to only a select number of partners.
