How to set stream to load Medium rather than high

Hi

How would i go about setting my stream to load as medium on initial load rather than high. We want to keep our high stream, but a lot of users are having issue with it so we would rather all users would load initially our medium

This is rather urgent so your help will be rather appreciated..

By default, all multi bit rate streams will have the medium bit rate cued at the beginning of your broadcast. If you're running a medium + mobile broadcast, the medium bit rate will be displayed as 'High' in the player, with the mobile bit rate displayed as 'Low', so these broadcasts will start on 'High' as default, even though they are really broadcasting at medium.

If you'd like to change the default starting bit rate, you can manually cue a different bit rate in studio after going live in Procaster. Whichever bit rate you cue will be what viewers will load up upon viewing your player.
