Help me with my Podcast Chat?

Okay, I am new to live stream, I have encountered a problem with my livestream procaster's chat. When I clicked on the chat category on procaster, This shows up and I am unable to do anything. help anyone?

Could you let me know which version of Flash you are using? If you are uncertain you can find it out by visiting the following site:

http://flashplayerversion.com/

Also, see if this fixes it; right click on the black space and hit refresh.

There is no such Flash version as 10.5. Please check your version and then download the latest version here:
http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/

hey my chat wont work either! and i have latest version on flash onmy laptop? just says this under the chat tab
"The chat is not yet integrated in Livestream for Producers. Visit your event page to view and moderate the chat."

I have this same porblem, it says that the chat is not integrated for producers. Why is this?
