Streaming game audio but not skype?

Is there a way to do this? I am going to be doing small livestreams for a couple people so they can watch what I'm doing just while we chat on skype, but of course them having to hear themselves on the stream is pretty awkward, and I can't think of any solutions to only removing skype from the audio source.

Any suggestions or assistance would be great.
