Windows 7 Procaster Problem

I recently opened an account with livestream and downloaded Procaster for windows, but almost everytime I open the livestream procaster link it will show the loading bar and shortly after my entire screen turns blue with white text. My computer then restarts itself. This has happened many times and I cannot use livestream at all. Sometimes, it lets me on but not for long. After a minute or two, it goes blue screen and restarts again.

I have tried closing all of my running programs while using livestream and I have tried disallowing my firewall, but nothing has worked.

How can I solve this problem?

I had that problem but there is a solution. Problem is the driver of your webcam. The official software of the webcam has that problem. Remove that portion of the software restart. Let the computer itself for the drivers of windows. Reboot and all important updates from windows 7 but not download software from the webcam windows 7. then everything works fine.
