What are Lifestream's default output resolution settings?

Can you tell me the default output resolution for Livestream Studio or the web-based broadcaster? What do they automatically broadcast at?

I'm having a heck of a time successfully broadcasting with Livestream using Camtwist, and I'm thinking that it might have something to do with my output resolution settings not matching. Do they need to be set to the exact same thing?? If so, what's Livestream's default value?

The only setting that seemed to work right for me was 320 x 240 @ 25 FPS 4:3, which resulted in a blurry image. (See it here: http://livestre.am/1efHZ)

When I tried to change all resolution settings to a higher value the perspective and dimensions of my image looked all wrong.
