Can't Go Online W/Procaster

I downloaded and installed Procaster...when clicking on GO Live, Procaster shows "Perfect Streaming." But checking the channel from another computer shows OFFLINE. Have tried various inputs: camera. video file, desktop... All show in the Procaster window, but the OFFLINE screen is always showing on the channel.

Windows 7-64 in XP-SP3 mode
Intel i5 processor
8G memory

The streaming computer is on a local network. Windows Firewall is configured to allow Procaster access.

What about the router/gateway firewall? Any concerns to address there?
