Verifying Email needs to be revised

Hello,

I have come across an e-mail stating that I have created a livestream account, which I never did, and requires me to verify it. It turns out that someone has used my email recently to make "minecraft" streams. I would like to have this account deleted and ask for the verifying e-mails to give an option of rejection.
