Viewer problem: videos/streams never load

Does this occur on all channels or only specific channels? If the latter, could you please include the channel page URLs? Also, please provide a screen shot of your download bandwidth result run to New York, NY at newyork.speedtest.net.

My result was 21.62Mbps down, 1.46Mbps up

Is it possible to try this on another computer on the same network to see if there is any difference in result?

DITTO I am having this exact problem, it will not load! Please resolve! We have tried on two different computers.

Does this occur across multiple channels, or only one? If only one channel, please provide the URL. Additonally, be sure your browser is not running any ad blocking extensions while on the Livestream channel page.

Hi, over the past few days I have been unable to watch the Livestream live channels and the videos. The uploading circle goea aroung but the video doesn't start. Also the live chat panelon the side states it is disconnected. It was all fine a few days ago.

I have unlimited bandith so can't understand why this problem has ocured.

Any help on this matter will be much appreciated.

i'm having the same problem; i don't know yet, if it only happens at one stream, but i think it already happened to others before. i can't remember.
http://www.livestream.com/janaschi/ this is the streams i want to watch the stored videos. i watched one video and it always stopped exactly at minute 26:07 (this one: http://www.livestream.com/janaschi/v...edium=ui-thumb )

the same happens to the other ones. i already run the speed test and i tried this at different internet conncetions - what might be the problem for this issue?
