Livestreaming with Teamspeak

I need to know how to, if at all possible, to get it to where the Teamspeak chatter from my group of friends can get picked up by the Procaster rather then the viewers just hearing me speak all by myself.

If I cannot do it with the free Procaster, are there any programs I can use to get this to work?

I'd suggest trying Virtual Audio Cable to accomplish your desired workflow.
