First, let me say that this site has allowed many families to view Redeployment Ceremonies that they would otherwise not be able to attend, and they all thank you for this service.
Now for my only two issues: Every time either myself or one of my viewers close an ad that is sprawled across the viewing area, it comes back less than a second later. Is there something that can be done to delay the ads at least a few seconds so people can view the family members they are here to see? Secondly, I have at least one or two "people" that login to the chat window and spam links all over it every time I broadcast, how do I block/ban these accounts? Thanks much, Jon Atkins, 1st Cav. At this time the timing on the lower-thirds cannot be controlled. I can however make our user experience team aware that some viewers think the timing isn't enough between ads.

Thanks much, Matt, I'll read the user guide for the chat portion here shortly.
The other issue isn't that the timing isn't enough between ads, in fact it's actually been almost non-existent at times. I was on the channel earlier today and closed the ad that popped up only to have it close and reappear almost immediately--this happened three or four times before I just closed the channel. I was able to observe the same frequency you mention on the ads. I'll look into this further.

This issue with the ad timing is still happening, just as a heads up.

Still happening is an understatement. I had one moment where it wasn't doing it, but it's back at it >.<
