I have a Behringer 3000, is a MIDI controller to mix music. It appears in the input list, and appears also doing right-click, in the Flash menu. I selected in both ways. I also downloaded Procaster, because I read was useful...
Anyway, when I broadcast people hear nothing.. Thank you! |

xnaxx,
How are you attempting to bring in the audio from your mixer, is this via USB and have you attempted to connect via the 1/8" mic jack on your computer? Also which version of Procaster are you using? You can find this from opening the preferences menu and clicking the "i" in the top right-hand corner. Matt Livestream Support |

Thanks for the support.
Let's see... My mix table is connected to the laptop via USB. I usually broadcast with other webs... but in the Traktor pro (the program I use to mix) I have to configure a menu called "broadcast", filling in information like IP, Port... maybe I need something like that with livestream too? Anyway, I have procaster v.20.2.0. I clicked on mixer, and chose the BCD3000 in the input list. But same result. No sound. I tried to put master volumen and device volume to the top. Noo results, hehe. I hope there is something to do with this! Would love to broadcast through livestream! Thank you again =D! |

I'd first suggest attempting to upgrade to our newest beta version of Procaster, it is available in both the Procaster Mac/PC sections of the forum. Next in regards to streaming with Traktor, to my knowledge users have not had success streaming directly from this program, but typically are able to stream with Procaster in desktop mode.

Hi again mbaron,
I downloaded 20.2.22, but doesn't work. Referring to the second point, don't know exactly what you mean when you say "desktop mode". I assume is by clicking in the lower bar, "desktop 2D or 3D"... but that only changes the view between my webcam and my desktop... so I'm probably misunderstanding something. As I said, what is strange is that BCD3000 appears into the audio mixer list input devices, but when I select it, the green bars don't move. It does not catch sound at all. I also tried just playing some music on iTunes, or Internet, or even with the Finder, just to prove if this was a Traktor issue, but it seems it isn't. Thank you one more time mbaron! xnaxx,
I'd suggest upgrading to the latest version of Procaster which is available on the forum. However if your device still isn't working it's likely due to not be officially supported with Procaster, so you'd need to bring in the audio via another interface such as the line-in.
