I need the ability to easily insert various types of media (video, titled graphics, photographs, cameras).
Webcaster is too basic. Livestream Studio has limits on the types of media easily inserted. Procaster is strange; it makes no sense to me. It's several boxes of functions scattered at random around the screen. After experimenting with all of these, I blundered into Wirecast. I've downloaded the demo copy, and I worked through the Tutorial. It seems to do everything that I need and more. If anyone could share their experience and opinions, I'd certainly appreciate it. We use it constantly, and usually to good effect. It's actually pretty easy to use once you've got to grips with how it works, and it allows for some very good quality broadcasting - have a lok at www.vapourtrails.tv/?p=41 to see how it's enhanced our usage of Livestream...
