Studio: Do Overlays, Ticker, Shoulder Graphic become part of recording?

Hi, I'd like to have some info running as a ticker that is only relevent to one livestream. I want to only run it while broadcasting this one stream.

Question:
Does it stay with the video for viewers to see, when they watch a recording of it, in other words, does it become part of the video? Or does it show up for every stream/recording and when I remove it, it is also removed from the original recording?
