Procaster keeps disconnecting

Every minute just about, sometimes 30 seconds. It's REALLY grating on my nerves because I"m trying to livestream my painting, but it keeps disconnecting so often!

What is going on? It doesn't say there's a problem, just that "Disconnecting audio", then disconnects the feed and everything, and "Trying to reconnect 1 out of 20" or something.

It's frustrating! How can I solve this problem?!

I applogoze for the issues you are having. I need to ask you a few questions to better help you. What is the version number of Procaster you are using? What qualities are you streaming at? Are you using a Mac or PC? What are the specs of your streaming computer.

According to your speed test the highest quality you can stream at is medium and mobile quality.

Im using the most recent that is on the website, even uninstalled and redownloed. Webcam works fine and in other programs and skype. But once you try logging it, it then disconnects webcam and says it cannot connect to server

If you are still experiencing problems going live with Procaster please let us know the exact version and your operating system. This can be found by opening preferences and clicking the "i" at the top right-hand corner.
