this has resolved the issue but once in a while it will show a blackscreen and the only thing that will get it working again is to restart the computer and its working again.

When you experience the black screen, please login to your studio and check your sources under the 'Broadcast Live' tab. Be sure there are no additional 'dead' sources that are stopping your live video from reaching the player.
