Procaster won't start

as soon as i double click on procaster it sends a message that says there is a problem with my directx9 nad that i must reinstall it and update mi graphic card drivers

i press retry then it showme the log-in window for a second and then it crashes and it gives me an error report that i can send to u (i have done it)


well i reinstall directx and my graphic drivers like 4 times and it still doesnt work

I installed procaster and as soon as it started it went to the error report and when I try to send the error report, it says that there is something wrong with the crashsender and I have to send a error report by windows.

I use Windows xp fully updated, want to livestream my desktop for drawing, I use a wacom intuos and I have no camera or microphone.

I even tried the beta and the little black screen came up I guess it was loading but 5 seconds it says I need to send an error report and it starts all over.

I've uninstalled and installed several times but same problems.

What version of Procaster are you using? It's possible that your issue may have been resolved in the latest beta, Procaster 20.2.21. Please install this version and let us know if this fixes the problem.

it is actually 20.2.21

but i have tried the previous too

that one just load a bar and as soon as it finish it send me to error report

its like a 2 click error icon
