Unable to leave a channel I do not wish to help produce

Hello, I have recently been invited to produce a channel that I want nothing to do with, but I seem to be unable to remove myself from the channel from studio or my account here. How exactly does one quit from a livestream channel?

Edit:
A friend was targeted by the same user and has since received spam emails from the user who added him with his name and location, this is a huge security problem and I'd hope Livestream wouldn't let such an obvious security threat go unaddressed.
