how to import videos from webserver?

i am trying to import videos from web server it always shows me an error that unable to download the video can anyone helo me out

I get "Unable to download the video" for anything that needs to be transcoded, or something

Only the last one one imports for me, after trying several times. Downloading to and uploading from my own machine works fine every time, but I'd prefer not to do it that way if I can help it.

Please try encoding your videos as follows and using the "upload as master" option as this will avoid the need to have your videos transcoded.

Video 400kbps, VP6 codec
Audio 64kbps, MP3 codec
4:3 dimensions: 480x360
16:9 dimensions: 480x270
Container file: FLV
