Default Desktop streams fine, PC games do not.
Yesterday I was able to finally get my PC game to stream live through my channel, however today I cannot get my PC games to stream live on my channel. It gives me a black screen or offline screen on my channel.

I am using Procaster and when I am in-game, I hit ctrl + F1 and it tells me in the top left hand corner that I am streaming live and having perfect quality.

However, on my channel is it showing up as offline. I've also done the restart channel option in the channel preferences, still no luck.

Any updates on this issue?? I've also submitted a ticket as well.

Now I can't get my desktop to stream.

This first started three days ago, and it is still persisting. Glad to know I'm not the only one with this problem. Hope to see a solution soon.

I second that! I had to delete my channel and the problem still persists!!!!

I'm sure you can demand all you want, but that's not going to get anything done any faster. (Just makes you look like a brat.)

I've had this problem off and on. I'm currently sitting on the situation, spent a few hours away and came back to it. I'm willnig to open a share link so a technical support can view the issue through my computer.

Opening a ticket, I'll have my contact information avaliable, and I'll link this thread.

We have determined the source of this issue and have rolled out a fix - if anyone experiences similar issues again please let us know. Thank you for your patience.

I haven't quite noticed a fix working yet, but I'll keep an eye on this thread since I am still experiencing issues ... and I didn't have them last week.

Just called the premium support and was told that the problem was solved.

But I am still having this problem.

Opened a ticket cuz I ll need to go live soon.
