Facebook problem, cant set the channel

Hello everyone,
I am new to this forum. I am glad that this forum is there for Live Stream problems. Yesterday we applied facebook Live Stream on our website, it started to work fine..But today when i logged in the Live stream, i couldn't find the previous chat sessions and also today when i typed something new messages in Live Stream , then i could not see the messages after a while . What could be the problem????... Please Help?????

All,

We have completely rewritten the Livestream for Facebook Application.

For those of you having trouble adding the application to your Facebook page, this should work properly. For those of you who could not edit the channel settings on your page, this will also work properly from now on.

There is no need to uninstall and reinstall the application if you already had it installed. The newest version should already be installed.
