MODEbayarea,

We are currently experiencing an issue with a Facebook platform bug which is causing a problem when adding
channels to a Facebook page. You can track the status of the issue at the
following URL:http://www.livestream.com/support/servicehealth

We don't a have a fixed ETA, since the issue is on facebook's end. We are waiting for an update from them. We'll update the thread once the issue gets fixed.

Default Same Problem

I am trying to add my Livestream to Facebook as well through thier App. I had this working beautifully on our Facebook test page. We tested all and got our studio ready for our first broadcast.

It was time to add Livestream to our companies REAL Facebook page and get the ball rolling. I have the same problem as the user above. I add the channel and then it tells me I need to "set a channel". I use my username and password and login to choose my channel...and it brings me right back to the same page that let's you add the tab into Facebook. I have deleted my channel and tried to set up a new channel under the same name but it will not let me. So I chose another name for my channel and I am in the same loop and have been for two days. We are dead in the water.

Please help!

Thanks,

Scott

Default Going round and round on Facebook

Hey all,

I'm trying to integrate my channel with Facebook. I've added the tab to my page, but when I try to login to my account from the tab I am taken back to the original app welcome page. I can't select the radio button for "other channel" - nothing happens when I click on it.

I've tried this in Firefox and Google Chrome (MacOSX).

Any help appreciated!

Anna
