Last Saturday (Aug. 16th) we found all videos of our channel
(perilbenecomune) removed and some settings down-dated, resembling those
of June. So it looks as there was a partial and very strange resetting
of our channel, where links, for instance, are updated while many logos
and messages are old. Furthermore, an old deleted user has again an
account as blocked user.

We are wondering whether you might help us in understanding the cause of
what occurred, since we have no idea, at the moment, whether it was due
to maintenance operations on your server, a bug or a violation of our
account by an unknown intruder.

Issues like this can occur occasionally when we do server upgrades and if it happens we can usually restore the channel to the last date when there was content in the channel.

can anybody explain me why the recordings of live shows doesn't appear anymore in the library or storyboard? they appears deleted So it's impossible to watch again a live show, even in video on demand...

Please somebody help MOGULUS to come back the amazing thing it was before!!!!!!!!!!!
