Error Opening Camera

So, I got my EzCap in the mail today and started hooking it up and all, took a while to get the drivers installed and updated, video and sound works fine, and I installed Procaster Beta so that it'd recognize my device (WDM 2861 Capture), and fixed the Video settings and Audio Mixer to the proper stuff..and when I start to go live, it says "Error Opening Camera (it can be busy)" despite restarting my computer and loading it upon startup to try again, but I get the error once more.

Any advice?

Please confirm the exact version of Procaster you are using.

Please provide greater detail on the issue you are facing, including camera make and model and the Procaster version.
