Procaster Mac v20.3 wishlist and bugs

I've read through this thread and see many re-occurences of the problem I am facing. Procaster runs smoothly on Macbook Pro using certified ADVC110 capture device at around 30% CPU usage. Every 40 minutes of so, application crashes and exits.

This is very annoying. I'm doing live competition broadcasts and every time this kicks me out for 30seconds-to couple of minutes. Also when it does this, video and audio settings are not maintained. I need to go to preferences and set quality to full, disable the audio channel for internal mic (slider off, not trying to remove).

Has anyone found a workaround for this? Does it help if you turn local recording off? Is there a way to keep the settings?

Which version of OS X and Procaster are you currently running? Please note that if you are using OS X version 10.6 or below I recommend using version 20.0.89 due to an issue with the latest version of Procaster Beta continuing to have difficulty with Firewire devices.

You should upgrade to the latest Beta of Procaster: http://cdn.livestream.com/mds/Livest...r_v20.2.5a.pkg

This version resolves a memory leak issue in version 20.2.0.

I'm same problem with version 20.2.5 and Lion 10.7.2 and firewire input.
The memory increase 1 mb/second juast saturate the memory e then chrash.
With webcam no problem.

A new beta version of Procaster for Mac was released in the forum today. I have provided a link below. Could you please install this version and let us know if you experience further difficulties.

Latest Procaster.

EvoCam and Boinx TV works.

Procaster Does Not.

Prior to the "Beta" version .. Procaster would crash all the time.

I am only running this app on a new Mac Book Pro and the Activity Monitor said its maxed out.

@MONDOBONDO, which is the latest version? 20.2.0 or version 20.2.16?

If you have version 20.2.0 please install 20.2.16 from this thread: http://www.livestream.com/forum/showthread.php?t=6991

If you already have version 20.2.16 could you indicate which USB Audio device you have? And what isn't working on that part?
